Here's how it goes from your first call to the walk-through at the end. It works the same way for all of our masonry services, from a few loose bricks to a new retaining wall.

   Tell us what you're seeing and where the house is, whether it's a cracked wall, crumbling mortar or a patio you're planning. You'll hear back within one business day, and most of the time it's me getting back to you.

   I look and write it up

   I come out, look at the job myself and tell you straight what it needs, even when that's a smaller job than you expected. Then you get a free written estimate that spells out what we'll do and what we won't, with no pressure to book.

   We handle permits and build

   If you go ahead and the job needs a permit, we pull it with the city or county and line up the inspections. I'm on site while our crew does the work, so the person who looked at it is there when it's built.

   Walk the finished job together

   When the work's done, we walk it with you, and you can ask about anything that looks off to you. I'll point out what to keep an eye on so it holds up after we leave. Satisfaction guaranteed on every job.
